The service tech was very professional and competent. He was respectful of our home and clearly explained the issue. He was efficient and replaced the heating element, 2 sensors and cleaned out the lint inside the dryer and outside vent. He completed the job in less than an hour. 👍

Truly appreciated the amazing service our family received from Fix Appliance. Our washer broke at the absolute worst time, and we received same day service. Called in the morning and it was up and running by the afternoon. We were also having an issue with our fridge water dispenser. Great care and attention to detail were taken in diagnosing the issue. I contacted Fix Appliance BC after my Whirlpool washer stopped working. Fred arrived on time the next day and ran a complete diagnostic, identified the issue and advised me of the part needed to repair it. It was a very simple repair and he advised how i could make the repair without him or he would do it. The service charge was less than half of what other repair techs are charging in this area and this saved me the expense of another service and repair call. Honesty and integrity, absolutely recommending Fix Appliance Baltimore County to all.
